Breast Enlargement

There are some important things to remember while recovering from a breast enlargement:

* Do not shower for four to seven days after the operation
* Do not lift heavy objects
* Do not perform strenuous activity for the first two to three weeks after the operation according to your surgeon if the implant is placed under the muscle, the activity may be limited by time

It is important not to rush into a decision to undergo any cosmetic operation. And it is reasonable to discuss the options with your doctor, who can recommend reputable surgeons or give advice on how to choose a hospital to be treated in.

Breast enlargement is done, and generally a safe operation. For most women who want the operation, the benefits in terms of improving the appearance outweigh the risks. However, if you have to decide whether or not this procedure is necessary to be aware of possible side effects and risk of complications.

Unwanted side effects, but usually temporary effects of a successful procedure. One example is the feeling dizzy after general anesthesia.

Anyone with a breast enlargement can also expect:

* The pain, inflammation, tenderness and bruising for at least a few days
* A burning sensation in the nipples for a few weeks, but this should go away as you heal

Complications are unexpected problems that can occur during or after the procedure. Most people are not affected. The main complications of any operation are bleeding during or shortly after the procedure, infection and an abnormal reaction to anesthetics.

Specific complications of breast enlargement are listed below.

* There may be a difference in size between the two breasts, possibly caused by the natural differences that stand out for the surgery.
* You may have an infection in his chest. If this happens, the implant may need to be removed temporarily to allow the infection to be completely treated.
* Abnormal scar tissue can form around the bag in which the implant. This can squeeze the implant and cause strong, painful breasts. This is known as capsular contraction. If the breast is hard, additional surgery may be necessary.

* Fluid can build around the implant. This is called a seromas and may require additional surgery to remove.
