In this study, the authors present a study of the image that children build on the surgeon-dentist through the analysis of drawings done by academic and psychologist of Dentistry. The study was conducted on 24 children belonging to the support of Recreativo Creche Lar Fabiano of Christ in the city of Belem, Para, participants of the Project for Extension of Federal University of Pará Each child drew a picture of a dentist who has been examined and there has that 91.7% of children had positive impression of the dentist. So it is confirmed that the sooner the child has contact with the dentist, the better its image and acceptance during dental care at all levels of activity, thus contributing to promoting the health of children.

The pain and the fear of pain deviate from the subject of a Dental Offices For Sale, which enables the absence of prevention and installation of diseases, mainly due to lack of oral health promotion. The habits related to health, once established in childhood are kept for life. Facing this, the surgeon-dentist must be aware of the impact of his behavior and training of its image in relation to the child, trying to demystify increasingly fear that patients have children before the occupation. So this study on the project "Promotion of Oral Health in Pre-School Children's Creche Lar Fabiano of Christ" examines the behavior of children with the words of the image that it makes the work and the characteristics of conditioning developed as a result of the inclusion of stimuli during their short life.

The study shows the number of positive cases of children who see a dentist in partner in the development of Dental Practices Sale, accepting its presence and incorporating the methods of education and prevention to control the nosologias mouth.

This paper aims to observe and analyze the children's psychological behavior of children aged from 06 to 12 years enrolled in Support of Recreativo Creche Lar Fabiano of Christ, Bethlehem (PA), participants in the Extension Project of the Federal University of Para, and show the importance of the figure of dentistry-the earliest possible, facilitating and encouraging the implementation of dental activities.
